  A very friendly atmosphere.
  
  I stopped in on a Sat just to see what this place was about.
  
  Didn't buy anything yet, BUT, I plan to look into a new bathroom soon, and these guys seemed to know what was going on.
  
  The salesman Jim was pretty down to earth, and didn't use pressure salesor anything like that. Just said thanks for stopping in, and asked that I would give them a call when I was ready to have a quote. He said that a salesman would come to my house, yadda, yadda. . . but was very nice to deal with. I'll be sure to check them out when I'm ready to buy.
