  It is an strange four stars because I do not go inside the mall, but I use the anchor stores of the perimeter on regular bases. For clothing, I go to JC Penney, for crafts, I go to JoAnn, for exercise, I go to Planet Fitness, etc. Another plus is that Starbucks Cafe, and Tim's Horton are in front of the Courtland mall, including my favorite gas station that is in the corner of the mall. So, you get the idea. I would like the mall to have more life inside, and maybe, they should consider the idea of "commons," where a big space is rented to entrepreneurs, and content creators that are at the beginning of their business grow process. With everything that is there, plus the entrance to the highway around the corner, it could very interesting proposition. And it has tons of parking, not like downtown Flint. Yes in Flint, they have something like that, but is more for college kids, or single people. This place could be for people that work in other places, but need to work in projects at odd hours.
