  I paid over 600 in fees to file a simple return when clearly on the website it is 48.00. I also paid for my state taxes to be filed and they simply forgot. And i can come and refile them!!!! ??? Im not sure what i paid 600 for, i had 1 w2 no other documents or special deductions. Im still waiting on a manager to call me back, corporate is disconnected and their 1800 line said they could not help me. This is appalling and scamming. Im also writing bbb
